Laser Cutting

Harford Metal Products offers computer controlled laser cutting services to our customers for a wide variety of metals. We are able to process stainless steel, alloys, carbon steels, and aluminum to precise tolerance. Our general work envelope for laser cutting is up to 5' x 10' sheet size in guages ranging from 26 ga. through 1/4" in stainless steel, up to 1" thick in Carbon steels, and up to 1/2" thick in aluminum. Our part nesting software ensures the most cost efficient methods of material utilization.

We are able to produce accurate, high quality components within a short period of time using either your drawings or electronic files. We also offer Engineering services to help develop your part drawing if neccesary. Materials can be customer supplied or you can let us provide the material using our database of material suppliers.

Quality is important to us. We provide incoming inspection of all materials as well as first part inspection of all items produced.
