Services
We are able to produce accurate, high quality components within a short period of time using either your drawings or electronic files. We also offer engineering services to help develop your part drawing if neccesary.
We specialize in complete design & fabrication of different types of wire formed products, ranging from wire baskets to grill grates. Harford Systems utilizes precision instruments to take on the simplest to the most complex fabrication.
Harford Systems is an industry leader in light guage material, specializing in 24 gauge to 1/4" but not limited to these thicknesses. We can weld to any and all customer specifications from laboratory equipment to custom fabrication work. Our processes include MIG, TIG, spot, stick, gas welding, soldering, plasma and torch cutting.
Our equipment includes a Hardinge Conquest CNC Lathe with live milling, sub spindle, graphic control, and C-axis contouring, two Fadal CNC Mills, two Bridgeport Mills, a Republic Lathe, amongst other bandsaws, and surface grinders.
The department is staffed with a variety of mechanics which perform services from general assembly, product finishes, electrical componetry, HVAC applications and final testing of all completed products.

Our computer controlled sawing operations offer precise cut-to-length and mitre cuts in a variety of materials.
Our glass blasting and bead blasting department is extensive and can handle the biggest jobs. Our equipment list includes an 8' x 12' x 8' Clemco Blast Room, an 8' x 10' x 8' Empire Blast Room, a 10' x 11' x 7' 9' Harford Blast Room, and a 6' x 6' x 5' Clemco BNP720 Blast Cabinet.
